OUR COMPANY
Our great-grandfather began his real estate business in 1922. Now, with four generations of real estate expertise, we are distinguished from most “newcomers.” Our family company has developed over one billion dollars of commercial real estate over the last 40 years—everything from apartments to offices, from flex to industrial. We currently own and manage over three million square feet of commercial space.
OUR HISTORY
Our roots in the real estate business date to 1922 when Herman J. Tulp opened a residential brokerage office in Teaneck, New Jersey. Lloyd Tulp branched into commercial development in the late 1970s, and in 1990, formed the predecessor to our company. Since that time our focus has been land, industrial and flex development.
WHY DENVER
We were all educated in Colorado, own homes here and we, as the fourth generation of real estate businesspeople, have decided Denver and the Colorado market will be the future of our business.
